IMOTIF is a fast-growing technology company providing Odoo ERP implementation, custom software development, cloud services, marketplace connectors, and AI solutions for SMEs and enterprises.

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented IT Solution Sales who can drive growth and help clients transform their business with modern digital solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Present and sell IMOTIF solutions: Odoo ERP, Software Development, Cloud Services (AWS), Marketplace Integration, AI Solutions, and SaaS products.
  • Identify client pain points and gather requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
  • Perform product demos and work closely with Pre-Sales / Consultants during the sales process.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and Scope of Work (SOW).
  • Manage sales pipeline, track opportunities, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with Implementation/Development teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

 

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 1–2+ years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / ERP / Digital Solutions.
  • Strong understanding of business workflows (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Consultative selling mindset with strong client relationship skills.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience selling Odoo, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of API, Cloud (AWS/GCP), Marketplace (Shopee/Lazada), SaaS, or integration projects.
  • Experience working in a software house, IT consulting, or tech agency.
  • Ability to travel to client sites when needed.
